Hi! I’m Anastasiia — photographer & creator

Photography is my way of seeing, feeling, and capturing what matters.
It’s my way of understanding the world and meeting people — through the lens.

My journey into photography wasn’t the most straightforward.
I’ve always been drawn to visuals, but for years I worked in marketing — strategy, copywriting, branding. I organized shoots… but didn’t dare call myself a photographer.

Eventually I realized:
I’m circling around the thing I love the most.
Time to stop postponing the dream — time to shoot.

Moving to Serbia changed everything.
It happened right as I left my full-time job, and I finally said to myself:

No more waiting. This is what I truly love.

A camera is my kind of home

I still have a soft spot for marketing, production, and creative management.
I love structure, I love finding clever solutions.
But when I’m shooting — that’s when I feel alive.

Today I photograph portraits, brand content, and videos — helping people open up in front of the camera and telling stories through images.

I’m based in Serbia, working with amazing people and local & international brands.
Serbia is where I found new inspiration — and new collaborators I’m excited to create with.

How I work

Honesty and ease matter to me.
I don’t expect anyone to show up and pose like a magazine model — and why should they?
My job is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

I often work with people who say:

“I’m not photogenic.”
“I don’t know how to pose.”

Secret revealed:
Being photogenic is not about looks — it’s about how you feel in the moment.
I help you relax, find the right mood — and actually enjoy the process.

I love photographing real, imperfect, wonderfully human people —
with their stories, emotions, quirks and depth.

It matters to me that every frame keeps your individuality, your character, the atmosphere of the moment.

I want you to look at your photos and think:

“Yes, that’s me.
And it’s so good to be me.”

I know what it’s like to doubt yourself or not love your reflection.
The world often tells us: “You’re not enough.”

I want my photographs to say: “You are. And you’re wonderful.”

A few things about me

Before photography, I taught English — which probably explains my love for communication, my curiosity, and the way I connect with different people.

I adore plants (I have more than 20 at home), tattoos, and languages — fluent in English, learning Serbian, and I know a bit of German too.

I love learning and growing — and using photography not only to show beauty,
but to reveal a person’s story.
